On the Limits of Computation as Universality

This monograph investigates the conceptual and formal limits of universal computation and proposes an alternative framework for understanding expressiveness, interpretation, and structure in formal systems. Taking the Turing machine as a boundary concept rather than a universal template, the work argues that maximal computational power entails a loss of semantic control, structural stability, and interpretability.
