Description

This monograph develops Cognitive Field Theory (CFT) - a geometric, entropy-based frame work for understanding decision making, learning, and paradoxes under risk and uncertainty. Departing from function-based models of preference, CFT treats cognition as motion in a curved information field, where beliefs and choices are trajectories on a probability manifold endowed with an information metric. Within this framework, informational inequality and salience asymmetry are identified with curvature, while cognitive entropy is defined as the logarithmic volume of accessible cognitive states.
