Description
The central proposal is a formal system, S (k, m, *), which distinguishes four irreducible components of actualization: structures of possibility (k), rules of selection (m), informational contexts (i), and realized outcomes (r). Contrary to state-based ontologies dominant in classical physics, probability theory, and much of philosophy, the framework treats actualization - not state evolution - as the fundamental explanatory primitive.
