This monograph develops a unified geometric - dynamical framework in which inequality, rather than space, time, or probability, is taken as the primitive organizing principle. A single bounded variable - interpreted as generalized momentum - generates mass, velocity, space, time, energy, probability, and quantum structure as derived quantities under different regimes of curvature, noise, and scale.
